Dynamic Netsoft shall commit to the Service level Agreement (SLA) mentioned prices for a period of one year starting from the date of contract signage. In the event of any change occurs in prices that are related to Service level Agreement and its application, then SLA Prices shall be subject to change.

All Hours spend on the project considered as SLA Services. The listed task below considered part of this Service:

  • Annual Inventory Hours as per Agreement
  • Provide Technical support via email, phone, remote desktop, Team viewer or site visit
  • Helping of fixing end user mistakes
  • Configuration and Setup
  • Training
  • Provide Consultation and Technical Support
